Our Word of the Month for March is “fascinate.” Its definitions include: “to transfix and hold spellbound by an irresistible power” or “to command the interest of.” It’s a key element of communication on any level. We all want to be heard, to know that people are listening to what we say. This is especially crucial in business communication, where misunderstandings can have serious implications.
In our office we’ve taken a moment to take the “How to Fascinate” quiz. Developed by Sally Hogshead, it’s a way to determine your strongest talents and also how others perceive you. This is not meant as an endorsement of her product or program, as we receive nothing for sharing this information. We just thought you might also find it of interest. Learn more about it here.
