We recently received a call from a local woman whose husband had passed away. There had been an illness and she had cared for him for many years. The last few years were very difficult.

She had the original will, which had been prepared in our office. She was the executor of the will.

We met. It was a medium-sized estate and the assets and debts were pretty straightforward. It was clear that we needed to get this done for her as quickly and as smoothly as possible as much for her mental health as anything.

We helped her through the probating of the will, moving forward through the cumbersome process toward a prompt conclusion, and without any major complications.
