Perkasie’s Town Center Revitalization is Going Strong

We had some excitement today in the firm’s neighborhood of downtown Perkasie. The dome for the new American House project arrived in grand fashion.

Once complete, the American House – named for the building that originally stood on that spot prior to the 1988 town center fire – will offer apartments and retail space. We’re looking forward to meeting our new neighbors.

Thankful for You

We are so thankful. For our clients and colleagues, friends and family.

We are especially grateful to start our long holiday weekend on a high note. Thanks to our very generous community, we delivered 897 pounds – that’s 8-9-7! – of clothing to Pennridge FISH today.

We’d like to thank all of the area businesses who participated: Down to Earth Cafe, Sellersville Theater & Washington House Restaurant, J.C. Steinly, Dragonflies Salon, C&C Cafe, Penn Community Bank (First Savings), Landis Supermarket Perkasie, Chimayo Gallery, Chant Engineering, A&T Chevrolet and A&T Subaru.

In fact, A&T Subaru collected the most clothing, a total of 116lbs! To thank them, we surprised them this morning with some delicious breakfast treats from the Bread Box & Bakery.

We love kicking off the holiday season like this and hope it’s as inspiring to you as it has been to us.

Winter Clothing Drive Kick-off

Our Winter Clothing Drive to benefit Pennridge FISH kicked off this past Friday, November 6th.

Now through November 23, we are accepting donations for the following (new or gently-used) items:

Comforters
Blankets
Quilts
Coats (adult and child sizes)
Snowsuits
Sweaters
Long Sleeve Shirts
Boots
Closed Toe Shoes
Hats
Scarves
Gloves/Mittens

We’re thrilled that so many businesses in our community have decided to help us make sure our friends and neighbors are prepared for the cold weather to come. Karen will be joined by Leslie Richards, PA Secretary of Transportation; Honorable Carolyn Comitta, Mayor of the Borough of West Chester, PA; Stephanie Shanblatt, president of Bucks County Community College; and Dr. Carol Goodheart, psychologist, speaker and author.

“Bebop Bolt at Bucks” Color Dash is This Sunday, October 11

We aren’t allowing a weekend of bad weather deter us from helping further the missions of Got Strings? Youth Orchestra programs and Bucks County Community College. The “Bebop Bolt at Bucks” Color Dash has been rescheduled to this Sunday, October 11.

We are proud to join Bucks County Community College and Sisters U as sponsors of this event, which kicks off at 7AM at Bucks County Community College’s Upper Bucks Campus at 1 Hillendale Road, Perkasie.
