Weber Kracht and Chellew Welcomes Associate Attorney Kathryn Liebhaber

December 17, 2020 By WKC Law

We are pleased to welcome associate attorney Kathryn Liebhaber to the firm. Kathryn will focus her work on the practice areas of Civil Litigation, Estate Planning and Administration, and Family Law.

A Bucks County native, Kathryn earned her J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Kathryn served as a certified legal intern through the University of Pittsburgh School of Law Family Law Clinic, where she represented indigent clients in family law matters. After law school, Kathryn was a law clerk for the Honorable David W. Addy in the Court of Common Pleas of Carbon County, Pennsylvania. Following her clerkship, she went on to practice family law exclusively for over ten years in the Lehigh Valley and surrounding areas. During that time, she represented clients in all aspects and phases of family law cases, including divorce, custody, child support, alimony, Protection from Abuse, grandparent rights, and the unique needs of LGBTQ clients.

Kathryn also was frequently appointed as an arbitrator in Carbon County for a variety of civil matters. Due to her extensive experience in family law, she served as the Divorce Review Officer for the Honorable Daniel K. McCarthy, Interim Judge for the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County.

“Kathryn is driven by her desire to make a positive impact on the lives of her clients. Her straightforward approach and thorough preparation instill her clients with confidence that she will be a dedicated and zealous advocate on their behalf,” said Weber Kracht and Chellew partner Michael Kracht.

Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Kathryn Liebhaber is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association.
